Shea Butter Lotion Bars are solid vegan moisturizers great for very dry skin. With 30% shea butter, this concentrated moisturizer is ideal for dry feet and elbows, but gentle enough for all-over care. Handcrafted in a push-up kraft tube for eco-friendly clean-hands lotion application, or a convenient travel-size tin.
Kind & Simple Lotion Bars:
• Are solid--great for air travel and won’t leak in your bag
• Are concentrated--a small amount goes a long way.
• Stay where you put them--they won’t come off on your clothing or on the sheets.
• Contain a lot of natural wax. Candelilla wax is natural and waterproof, so it seals in the moisture of your skin. Apply the bar after a shower when your skin is moist and soft to trap in moisture.
• The waterproof qualities also mean that the lotion won’t wash off. One application will survive multiple hand washings, or even immersion, and will last several hours.
• Are plastic-free and Earth-friendly.

Directions:
Simply rub on elbows, knees, heels, or anywhere that feels dry. Store in a cool place. For external use only.

*Raw shea butter can crystallize when exposed to extreme temperature changes (e.g. moving to a cooled room from outside on a very hot day), forming little white shea butter crystals throughout the product. These crystals easily melt with body heat and are not representative of a defective product.

I’ve been searching for a lotion to help my dry heels feel better and I’ve definitely found it with the lotion bar. I love the peppermint and lavender scents. It goes on really smoothly and I’ve seen a decrease in dry skin after using it a handful of times. Would definitely recommend!

Love the product - not the packaging. Cannot push it up - too difficult - gets stuck.. Maybe try a refillable plastic package...? Love the recycled attempt - but it is really hard to push. There must be an alternative...?

Ugh so frustrating, I wish our old plastic tubes were eco friendly! Have you tried warming the tube in your hands a bit before using it the first few times? They can stick to the cardboard particularly well when it’s cool out, perhaps a little softening could do the trick? I know sometimes it can be difficult to push hard with my thumb so I’ll press it on a bottle cap or use a pen as leverage. I hope this helps! (Have you tried my lotion bars in the tins? They’re easier to open, and are applied to your skin like a bar of soap (without the water). Let me know if you’d like to brainstorm some new packaging that fits your needs!
